Bun Dosa and Tomato chutney

INGREDIENTS

Raw rice- 2 cup

fenugreek-1/2 tsp

poha- 1/4 cup

coconut- 1 cup

water

salt

green chilly

curry leaves

coconut oil

urad dal

for chutney

dal – 1 tsp

urad dal- 1 tsp

garlic-5 -6

ginger

shallots- 10-15

tomato-1

dry chilly-3-4

hing- 2 pinch

coconut- 1 tbsp

tamarind

Preparation

Soak rice and fenugreek together, after 3-4 hrs, grind it with soaked poha and coconut, make a medium thick batter, keep this aside for 1 night, next morning add salt to the batter, then add seasoned green chilly , curry leaves and urad dal, mix well, then make small and thick dosa in appam chatti.

For chutney, heat oil in a pan, add urad dal and normal dal, roast it well, next add shallots, garlic and ginger, saute it well, add tomato and dry chilly, saute it for a minute, then turn off flame, add hing powder, then grind it well. Serve dosa with this chutney.
