Healthy and tasty tea time snack..
INGREDIENTS
egg-2
vanilla essence- 1 tsp
sugar-1/2 cup
sunflower oil-1/4 cup
wheat flour-1 cup
banana-1
milk-3-4 tbsp
saklt- 1 pinch
baking powder-1 tsp
Preparation
Break eggs to the mixie jar, add sugar, vanilla and oil, blend it well, then transfer it to a bowl, grind banana with milk and pour above the egg mix, add wheat flour, salt and baking powder through a siever , mix everything well and make a smooth batter. Take small steel bowls, apply oil, then pour the batter, steam it well in a steamer, then have it with tea.
