INGREDIENTS
Spinach- 1 cup
garlic-5-6
green chilly-4-5
coconut- 1 handful
salt
rice flour
ghee
cumin
hing
black cumin
Preparation
Grind spinach, coconut, garlic, salt and green chilly, add this paste to rice flour, knead it well and make soft dough, add ghee, cumin, hing and black cumin, knead it again. Take idiyappam maker with star mould, apply oil, fill the dough, then press it to hot oil, fry it well.
