A variety breakfast dish with dosa/idli batter
Ingredients
Dosa/Iddli Batter – 4 Cups

Eggs – 2
Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Salt – to taste
Preparation
Break eggs to a bowl, beat it well, then add it to the dosa batter, add sugar and salt, mix well. Heat unniyappam pot, apply oil, then pour batter in each hole, fry it in low flame, cook both sides well.
