Ingredients

Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
Egg – 4
Salt – to taste
Water- as required
Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Graated Coconut – 3/4 Cup
Finely chopped onion – 1/4 Cup
Green chillies – 3 or 4 as per your taste
Curry Leaves
Preparation
Heat a pan, add wheat flour, roast it until it turns aromatic. Break eggs to a bowl, add salt, mix well, next add chopped vegetables, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, pour the egg mix, scramble it well, add coconut, mix well, then keep aside. Add salt to wheat flour, then transfer it to mixie jar, pour ghee into it, pulse it, then take it in a bowl, add egg mix, mix everything , then make putt by adding coconut.
