wheat-1 cup
maida-1 cup
salt
milk
for filling
chilly powder-1 tsp
carrot
cabbage
cucumber
tomato
pepper powder
salt
mayonnaise
ketch up
coriander leaves
garam masala-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric and chilly powder, then keep aside for 15 minutes. Prepare dough with wheat maida and milk, keep aside for 1/2 hrs, then make thin chapathi out of this. Fry chicken pieces. In a bowl, add vegetables chopped, pepper powder, sauce, mayonnaise, and fried chicken. Mix everything well. Fill the mix in chapathi like triangle shape, then serve it.
