Low fat yoghurt – 2 cups
Chia seed – 3 tablespoons
Chopped almonds- 2 tablespoons
Chopped pistachios – 2 tablespoons
Water – 1 cup
Honey – 3 tablespoons
Saffron Strands – few
Blueberry- 1/4 cup
Chopped banana – 1/4 cup
Strawberry – 1/4 cup
PREPARATION
Take a bowl, add all ingredients except fruits to this, then keep this fridge for overnight, next morning add fruit to this , then have it.
