If you have a fish curry like this for bread, rice and ediyapam, you don’t need anything else. Fish mappas can be prepared in a cool taste
Ingredients
• Carp – 1 kg
•Small onions – 20 nos
•Onion – 1/2
•Tomato – 2
•Curry leaves – four stalks
•Garlic – seven
•Ginger – a small piece
•Green chillies – four
•Coconut Oil – Three Tablespoon Coriander Powder 2 1/2 Tbsp
• Coriander powder – two and half teaspoons
• Chilli powder – one and a half teaspoon • Turmeric powder – one teaspoon • Chilli powder – two teaspoon
How to prepare
•After washing the carp thoroughly, add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of salt, a few curry leaves and a teaspoon of black pepper powder and rub it well. It can be postponed for half an hour.
• After half an hour, pour two tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan in the oven, turn the fish over and fry it lightly. Add 10 small onions, a small piece of ginger and three cloves of garlic to the same oil and saute well. You can also add some curry leaves. Then add two and a half teaspoons of coriander powder, half teaspoon of turmeric powder, one and a half teaspoon of chili powder and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and saute well. A chopped tomato can be added to this. Once it is cooked well, you can turn off the flame. Then while it is hot, grind it well in a small jar of mixer.
• After taking a coconut shell, pour three quarter cup of water into it and add the first milk, two and a half cups of water and add the second milk and the third milk. This too can be set aside.
After that, pour a tablespoon of coconut oil in a fish pan and add a quarter teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. Add a cup of chopped small onion to this, along with two tablespoons of chopped ginger, two tablespoons of chopped garlic, four chopped green chilies, and a few curry leaves and saute well. After kneading well, you can add a small chopped tomato to it. When everything is well mixed together, add the grated araan and fry it for a while. Then add the second and third milk and pour 2 1/2 cups of coconut milk. Once it boils well, we can add the fried fish. After the fish is fried well, add the sliced tomato and the first milk and mix it well. Then switch off the flame. Add some curry leaves and green chilli oil to it and keep it closed. After half an hour the curry can be served. Delicious Carp Mapas is ready.
