INGREDIENTS

Raw rice-3 kg

urad dal-1/2 kg

salt

maida-3 tsp

sesame seeds and ajjwain

water

oil

Preparation

Soak raw rice for 3-4 hrs, after washing it well, grind it into fine powder. Dry roast urad dal, then make fine powder, add this above the rice flour, add salt, maida, sesame sees and ajjwain, mix everything well, knead this with water and make medium thick dough, take murukk mould, apply oil, take dough in your hand, twist it around the mould, then put it in hot oil, once the murukk separate from mould, take mould and fry the murukk well.
