Ingredients

•Milk – 2 cups

•Turmeric powder – 2 tsp

•Cinnamon powder – 3/4 tsp

•Chuk powder – 3/4 tsp

•Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

•Chili powder – 1/2 tsp

•Chia seed – 3 tbsp

PREPARATION

After boiling the milk, add all the ingredients to the milk and mix well. Leave it aside for half an hour and then stir it again and drink it in a glass. Drink this in the morning on an empty stomach half an hour before meals.
