A variety egg curry for breakfast, the curry is preparing after frying the egg.
Ingredients
egg-3
salt
coconut oil
shallots-3
onion-1/2
green chilly-3
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chillu powder-3/4 tsp
coriander-3/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
tomato-1
curry leaves
water
coconut-1 handful
shallots-3
cumin-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Break 3 eggs to a bowl, add salt and beat it well. Heat a tawa and apply oil, then pour the egg and fry it both sides, cut it into medium sized pieces , then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add shallots, roast it well, then add onion and green chilly, mix well, now add masala powders, after mixing it well add tomato, then pour water, add salt, once the water starts boiling add egg. grind coconut, cumin and shallots, then add the paste to curry, boil it until it become thick, then turn off flame.
