If you have a cooker, you can prepare good pure coconut oil at home and don’t worry about coconut shredding.

Put two whole coconuts in the cooker, pour water into it and cook till it whistles twice, then remove the cooker and keep it to cool. After it cools down, take both the coconuts and tap the outer side and crack it. The coconut must have come out of the shell. After cutting it into small pieces, you can grind it well by adding only half a glass of water. Put it on a cotton cloth and then squeeze the coconut milk and put it in a bowl with a layer of squeezed coconut milk and keep it in the oven. It should boil well and keep stirring until the oil comes out. When the oil clears well, turn off the flame and keep it warm. After heat is gone, strain it and use it.
