Preparation
Break eggs to a bowl, then add sugar and cardamom, mix well. Take bread, and cut the center portion and set aside. Heat a pan, apply ghee, then put the bread, add banana pieces in center , and pour egg mix, take the removed piece and put it above, then flip the bread, cook both sides well.
