Let’s see what it looks like if we make appam in unniappam pan..
Ingredients
raw rice-2 cups

cooked rice-1 cup
grated coconut-1 cup
coconut water
salt
baking soda-1/4 tsp
sugar-1 tsp
Preparation
Soak rice for 4 hours, then grind it with cooked rice and coconut, then keep the batter overnight for fermentation. Next morning, add salt, baking soda and sugar to the batter, mix well. Heat non stick unniyappam pot, pour the batter in each hole, dont fill the hole, only half portion should be filled, then coo it in low flame.
