A very tasty chicken Biriyani, which is prepared after frying the chicken.
Ingredients
chicken-1 kg
jeera rice -1/2 kg
onion-4
tomato-4
coriander and mint
whole spices
ginger garlic chilly paste
salt
turmeric
pepper powder
chilly powder
oil
fennel seeds
turmeric
chicken masala powder
fennel powder
Preparation
Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and pepper powder, then keep aside. After sometimes fry it in hot oil, then set aside. Add sliced onion to the chicken fried oil, add salt and saute it for 2 minutes, then add ginger garlic and chilly paste, saute again until it become soft, now add tomato, once it become soft add fried chicken into it, after mixing it well add chicken masala, fennel powder and turmeric, combine well, add chopped herbs, then turn off flame. Cook rice with whole spices. Add sieved rice to a large pot, then add chicken masala above, cover it with rice, mix all together, then serve it.
