First you have to prepare a pathiri for this, For that, break two eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and three teaspoons of sugar to it and mix it well. Add one and a half cups of flour and some water to it and mix it to make a loose batter. You can prepare nice pathiris with this batter. Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts, raisins and kismis and heat well and set aside. Break four eggs into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar to it and mix well Add half a liter of milk and mix again. You can add half a cup of grated carrot to it and mix it. Now take one cake and apply a little oil to it. First pour the egg mix to this and add the prepared pattiri on top of this and again pour the egg mix and add a little of the roasted cashews and grapes. Again, put the patiri on top of this and pour the egg mix and do the same in this way until all the patiri are done. At the top, pour the whole egg and add the remaining cashew grapes. Now heat a big pot in the oven. Place the cake tin on top of this. Now cover the pan and bake it well on low flame
