First cut the cauliflower into small pieces and mix it with water, salt and turmeric powder in a large bowl and then add the cauliflower pieces. Wash it well and keep it aside. Now put a big pot in the oven, add water, turmeric powder, salt and boil it well. Add the cauliflower pieces and cook it well. After that it can be removed from the water, now in a bowl add chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste, garam masala, fennel powder, salt and mix them well. After that you can add cornflour flour and chickpea powder. Now pour water and make a thick paste. Add cauliflower pieces to it. Add curry leaves and black pepper powder and mix well. Now put it in a big pan to prove the oil, add cauliflower pieces to it and fry it well. Don’t forget to add curry leaves and green chillies.
