INGREDIENTS:

1: Duck 500gms ( with skin)
2: Onion 3 sliced
3: garlic cloves 12
4: ginger small piece chopped
5: coconut oil 4 tsp
6: cloves 3 nos
7: cardamom 3 nos
8: star anise small piece
9: cinnamon stick small piece
10: green chilli 3 nos chopped
11: coriander powder 2 tsp
12: turmeric powder 1 tsp
13: pepper powder 1 tsp
14: garam masala 1/2 tsp
15: salt
16: thick coconut milk 3/4 cup
17: thin coconut milk 2 cup
18: water 1 cup
19: curry leaves
20: fennel seeds 1 tsp
21: bay leaves 1 nos

METHOD

1: Heat oil in a kadai,add spices and fennel seeds after that add garlic and ginger ,saute well.
2: Now add green chilli ,onions and salt ,saute well until oninon turns to golden brown in colour.
3: Add coriander powder,turmeric powder and pepper powder.saute well until raw smell goes
4: Add one cup of water ,mix well then add duck and some thin cook milk.cover and cook.
5: once the duck completly cooked ,add garam masala powder and curry leaves and boil it.
6: add thick milk ,heat for 1 minutes .switch off the flame.
