Cabbage is a vegetable that no one likes much, usually we make toran but we can make a good evening snack with cabbage. Cabbage Manchurian is what we prepare. See the recipe.
A quarter kilo of cabbage can be chopped and 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of cornflower can be added to it. Ginger, garlic, crushed, Kashmiri chili powder, two teaspoons, one teaspoon of garam masala, enough salt and some water should be added and kneaded well with hand. Then keep it aside to roast for 10 minutes and then heat oil in a pan. When it is hot, take the cabbage mix little by little with your hands and add it to the oil. It should be fried well. You can also prepare a good chamanthi with tomatoes and green chillies to eat with it.
