If you are tired of eating normal putt, try this one..
First prepare the masala, for this heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute well. Then you can add two onions chopped into small pieces and add salt and curry leaves and saute well. Now add the powders. Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chili powder, half teaspoon of black pepper powder, half teaspoon of chicken masala, quarter teaspoon of fennel powder, and mix until the raw smell gone , then add one tomato. After the tomatoes are fried well, add a handful of grated coconut and then add the cooked boneless chicken pieces. Now mix everything well and switch off the flame. Now wet the putty powder and make putty with this masala.
