Ragi laddu

There are some ingredients that must be included in our diet. A healthy laddoo recipe is prepared by adding all the ingredients that help in blood deficiency, eyes to improve vision, reduce hair loss and boost immunity. If we eat one of these every day, the change in our body is amazing. See how it is prepared.

Ingredients

ragi flour – 1/2 cup
ghee – 1 tsp
sesame seeds -1/4 cup
peanut -1/4 cup
almond – 1/4 cup
walnut – 1/4 cup
jaggery – 100 gm
water 1/4 cup

Preparation

heat a pan and add ghee ..
to the hot ghee add ragi flour and saute in low flame for 5 minutes…
transfer it to a plate…
to the pan add sesame seeds and dry roast till it starts to pop…
dry roast peanuts and almonds seperatly…
peel the skin of peanuts once it cools….
melt jaggery in water and cook till it get one string consistency….
transfer sesame seeds , almonds, peanuts and walnut to a mixie jar and coarsly grind…
transfer roasted ragi flour and grounded nuts to a bowl… mix well…
pour hot jaggery syrup into this mix and mix well with a spatula….
mix with your hand …
pinch a lemon size of mix and make balls when it is warm….
nutritious and yummy laddu is ready
