Ulli Chammanthi is an easy-to-make Kerala Style Onion chutney made with shallots, tamarind, and coconut oil. This is perfect combo with rice. No need to grind.
Take cleaned shallots, put it in a stone mortar, crush it well, add rock salt into it , then add tamarind and curry leaves, crush it again, then take it in a plate, add coconut oil, mix well.
