Let’s take a look at a very easy to make breakfast dosa recipe that requires no rice, no urad dal and no need to grind the batter the day before.
Add two cups of semolina to a mixing jar, add one teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste, one teaspoon of yeast, half a cup of coconut and water and grind it well, prepare a good loose batter, pour it into a bowl and let it rest for half an hour, then heat a pan, pour a spoonful of batter into it and spread it, cover the pan, and cook it well.
