Ingredients

•Rice flour – 1 cup
• Banana – 4
• Grated coconut – 1 cup
•Jaggery – 1/2 cup
•Water – 1/4 cup
•Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
•Chuckupodi – 1/2 tsp
•Ghee – 2 tbsp
•Nuts – 1 tbsp
•Salt – a pinch

How to prepare

•Steam the banana and mash it well. Add a cup of rice powder and salt to it and mix well.

• Melt the jaggery in 1/4 cup of water and strain it.

• In a frying pan add ghee and fry the nuts. Add grated coconut and melted jaggery to it and drain the water.Add cardamom powder and chukkupodi to it and stir. Turn off the fire.

•Now spread the kneaded dough on a banana leaf. After placing the prepared filling on top of it, spread another layer on the banana leaf and steam it for 10 minutes. tasty snack is ready.
