In a mixing jar add three quarter cup of water, one egg, one piece of banana fruit, one cup of flour and a little salt and grind it well. Transfer it to a bowl and prepare nice pan cakes with this batter. Heat a little ghee in a pan and add cashews and grapes to it and fry it then add chopped banana to it and after frying it add some sugar and mix it. In a bowl, mix four eggs, two cups of cow’s milk, half a cup of sugar, some grated carrot, a pinch of salt, some turmeric powder and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder. Now take a sauce pan and place a butter paper under it. Pour the egg mix on top of it. Place the previously prepared pan cake on top of it. Pour the egg mix again. You can add roasted cashews and grapes and take it as a layer until the pan cakes are finished. Pour the egg mix on the top and add the rest of the fruit and roasted cashew grapes and bake well.
