Wash the sliced mutton liver thoroughly in water first, Then soak it in water mixed with salt, turmeric powder and vinegar for half an hour, then squeeze it well and wash it off. Now add some ginger 5 6 garlic 1 teaspoon fennel 1 teaspoon coriander 1 teaspoon black pepper to a mix jar and crush it and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds to it and crackle it, add one onion , two or three green chillies, a few small onions and curry leaves. After frying it for a little bit, add the crushed ingredients, add salt and mix well, then add the powders, First add one teaspoon of coriander powder and half teaspoon of turmeric powder and saute it for a while. Add mutton liver to it. After mixing with the masala, add two teaspoons of black pepper powder. After adding enough salt and a teaspoon of fennel powder, you can mix it again, cover the pan and cook it well, when all the water is drained and it becomes a nice thick gravy, you can switch off the flame.
