Ragi wheat porridge that can be eaten by kids and adults alike..
Add a quarter cup of wheat to a bowl and add a quarter cup of 10-12 almonds and let it soak for six hours. Then take the almonds and peel them and wash the wheat well and add it to the mix jar, add almonds to it and grind it well after adding a little water. Strain it through a sieve and take it in another bowl.Add it to a pan and fry it on low flame. For sweetness, add Panamkalkandam. When it thickens well, add cow’s milk and take it loose, then switch off the flame and serve with little heat.
