Let’s see how we can prepare it at home very easily.

After washing the gooseberry well, steam it well. When it is hot, take out all the lumps in a bowl and transfer it to a mixer jar. Grind it and then add powdered jaggery and grated gooseberry mix to a pan and mix well. Add a little ghee to it and fry it until it turns black in color. Add a pinch of salt. When it comes out of the pan and it starts to boil, add crushed almonds and flax seeds and mix it well. After mixing it well, you can switch off the flame and keep it in a bottle after heat is gone.
