Try camel meat curry like this..
First, add salt and vinegar to the meat and wash it well, then add turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder and enough water and cook it for 10 whistles in the cooker. Heat a little oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft, add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and saute well. Next add tomatoes and saute again. Next add turmeric powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder and fennel powder and saute till the raw smell of the added powders disappears. Now you can add the cooked camel meat to it, boil it well and drain it, add some curry leaves and switch off the flame.
