Ingredients
Raw rice -1cup(Pachari)
Rice -1cup
Greated coconut-1cup
Sugar-2tbsp
Instant yeast-1tsp
Salt-1/2tbsp
Lukewarm water-1&1/4cup
Preparation
Soak rice for 4 hrs, then add it to a mixie jar, add coconut, cooked rice along with it, next add sugar, salt, yeast and water, grind it into fine paste, pour it to a bowl, rest it for 8 hrs aside. Then take raised batter, after a mix make soft appam.
