Traditional neyyappam recipe..
First you can soak the graw rice and then wash them well and put them in a mixing jar and add melted jaggery juice and grind them well. You can add black cumin, sesame seeds, crushed cardamom and two pinches of salt. After mixing, add two pinches of soda powder. Mix it again. Now pour oil in a pan and keep it hot. Pour a spoonful of flour into it. Put it back when it rises nicely Heat the stove on low to medium flame and remove it when both sides fry well Prepare all the Neyyappam like this..
