First place a pan in the oven, heat two teaspoons of ghee and two teaspoons of sunflower oil, add some whole spices and after roasting, add an onion chopped and saute it well. When it grinds well, add one teaspoon of ginger paste and one teaspoon of garlic paste, two green chilies. When it turns aromatic, you can add powders, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one and a half teaspoon of chili powder, one teaspoon of garam masala, after mixing all these, add two tomatoes chopped into small pieces. After mixing till the tomatoes mash well, pour four cups of water into it, add enough salt and boil well, then wash two cups of basmati rice and add to it, cover the pan and cook well.
