Poha Payasam

A tasty payasam with poha

Heat a bottomthick pan in stove, add ghee , then roast poha in this ghee, set side after it become crispy. Pour melted jaggerry to the pan, add water, let it boil well, now add poha into it, mix well, then pour second coconut milk, next add cow milk, continue stirring and boiling, once it become thick add thick coconut milk and turn off stove, finally add roasted cashew andc kismis, mix well , then serve it.
