This recipe will melt in your mouth..
Heat a pan, add ghee, then roast cashews and kis mis separately, then set aside. Take another pan, add 1 egg yolk, 1/2 cup sugar, 3-4 cardamom, 1/2 cup corn flour, 2 1/2 cup milk and 1 tsp ghee, mix all well, then put it in a stove, stir it well and cook until it become thick, then add roasted cashews and kismis, combine all well, then transfer the mix to a container, wait until it become thick and cool, then cut it.
