Ingredients
Flour – 1 cup
Onion – 4 nos.
Ginger-1 small piece
Curry leaves – 2 stalks
Curd – 1/2 cup
Salt – as needed
Oil – enough for frying
How to prepare
Take a bowl and add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and curry leaves curd and salt and rub it well with your hands.
Now add enough flour to it and mix everything well.
After that, pour coconut oil in a saucepan.
When the coconut oil is as hot as it gets
Take some of the dough and spread it in a vada shape
Remove the curry from the oil when it turns a nice red color
