A very tasty fish masala, which is easy to prepare..
You can take any fish to prepare this, Marinate fish with ginger, garlic, shallots, fennel and green chilly paste, turmeric, 3 tsp chilly powder and salt. Keep this aside. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, green chilly, ginger and finely chopped shallots, then saute it well, now add masala powders, turmeric, 3 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp pepper powder and fennel powder, mix well, now add fish , next add tamarind soaked water, mix slowly, then cook it until the gravy become thick
