Carrot Laddu

a sweet recipe with carrot

Ingredients for Ladoo:

Carrots
Ghee
Coconut grated
Sugar
Milk
Cardamom
Black kismis
cashew nut

Preparation

Take 3 carrots, after peel off, grate it well. Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews, roast it well, then set aside. Add carrot to the ghee, saute it well. Boil 1 cup of milk, then wait until it reduce 1/2. Add sugar to the carrot, then add the milk, cook it until it become thick, then turn off flame. Add roasted cashews, mix well, then make small laddus after the heat gone.
