First, put four cups of rice flour in a flat bowl, one cup of gram flour, one cup of ground chickpeas powder, one teaspoon of hing, salt, one teaspoon of ajjwain, half a teaspoon of cumin, and black cumin. Add two tablespoons of butter to it and mix it, then add a little water and knead it into a soft dough. It should be filled in the idiapam mold and the star shape mold should be taken and then it can be pressed into hot oil and fried.
