Eat ragi like this to reduce sugar, anemia and improve memory

First soak 15 almonds in water and peel them then take one banana fruit, one small piece of beetroot and 4 dates, Soak some chia seeds in water, take some flax seeds and add ragi powder in a bowl with two tablespoons of water and mix well. Cook it until it become thick, add a little cinnamon powder should be added to this. Once it is well combined, turn off the flame and keep it for cool. Then add all the ingredients taken earlier and beat them well in a mixer. Add soaked chia seeds and serve.
