A healthy ragi porridge made with vegetables is enough to boost immunity and increase the amount of hemoglobin in the body.

To prepare this, take two table spoons of ragi powder in a small bowl, add water and mix it without any lumps. Take a pot of water, turn on the stove and put it in it. When the water boils, pour the ragi mix into it. stir it well and make thick. Add some finely chopped ginger, two or three small onions and two green chillies. Mix well again and mix well and serve it with curd and some chopped vegetables.
