To make your face glow and stay healthy, just eat ragi like this.
First clean a carrot well and then add it to a cooker in small pieces. Add a quarter glass of water and cook well. In a small bowl, add two tablespoons of ragi, Add a little water mix well until the lumps gone and keep it aside. Boil two cups of water in a pan and pour the mixed ragi into it. Now you have to stir it until it is well reduced, when it is fried well, you can turn off the flame, when it is hot, you can transfer it to a mixing jar, add boiled carrots and three or four dates and grind it well. If necessary, you can add milk and then eat.
