A special pudding recipe perfect for when guests come home
It can be prepared using ingredients that are always available at home
Ingredients
milk pudding
sugar-3+6tbspn
water-3 tspn
milk-500ml
rava-3tbspn
egg-2
vanila essence -1 tspn
Preparation
First prepare the caramel add some sugar and caramelize it well on low heat and pour it evenly on the bottom of the pudding tray. Keep aside. Now add milk, sugar, butter semolina to a saucepan and mix well. In another small bowl, add two eggs and vanilla essence and mix. Then mix it well with the previously prepared mix and pour it into the pudding tray and steam it well and then cut it and take it out.
