A healthy breakfast recipe with oats.
Grind 1 cup of oats into fine powder then keep this aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and gram dal, roast it well, then add chopped ginger,and green chilly, after sauting it well add onion chopped, once it become soft add tomato, mix well, then keep aside. Take oats powder, add salt and egg, add water, then mix all well and make a loose batter, add salt to taste, then add chopped coriander and cumin powder, then make soft thin dosa in tawa.
