A special fish curry prepared with green pepper and some special masala mix..
For this, heat a pan, add green pepper , heat it well until it become slightly dark, then transfer this to a mixie jar, add 4 dry chilly, coriander seeds 1 tbsp. and tamarind pulp, crush it well. Heat oil in a clay pot , add fennel seeds, pop it well, then add curry leaves, next add crushed shallots, garlic and ginger, saute it well, next add turmeric, then add early prepared masala, then saute all well, now add water, let it boil with adding salt, add tomato and 2 green chilly and some curry leaves. After boiling it well add cleaned fish, once it cooked enough turn off flame and add a little raw coconut oil.
