A special masala bajji with egg….

First heat a pan by pouring some oil in it and add one teaspoon of chopped ginger, one teaspoon of chopped garlic, one green chilli chopped and one and a half onion chopped into pan, When the onion is fried well, add quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, half teaspoon of cumin powder, and one teaspoon of coriander powder, You can add half a teaspoon of garam masala and half a teaspoon of pepper powder and fry it till the raw smell gone, then add a boiled potato to it, Mix it well and turn off the stove. Boil five eggs, peel them and cut them into two, Add the egg yolk to the prepared masala and mix it well. Add some coriander leaves and mix it. Add this masala to the eggs. Now add sea flour to a bowl, add quarter cup of rice powder, one teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder, enough salt and a little turmeric powder, Mix well. Add a little water to this and mix it into a thick batter. You can dip and fry this batter by taking the eggs filled with the masala one by one.
