Small Dosa

Kannur special Thattil kooti dosa..

Take a bowl, add 2 cup of raw rice , 1 cup boiled dry rice and 1 tsp of fenugreek, wash it well, then soak it for 4 hrs. Take another bowl, add 1 1 /4 cup urad dal, wash it and soak same 4 hrs.
After 4 hrs, grind this with 1 cup cooked rice, then ferment it for 8 hrs. Add salt to the batter, after mixing well, make small dosa with it.

For coconut chutney , grind coconut, ginger , green chilly, salt and curry leaves together and make a paste. season it with urad dal, mustard, dry chilly and curry leaves.

For tomato chutney, heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, tamarind and tomato, add salt, saute it well. Once the heat gone grind it into fine paste.
