Fried pathiri is kerala tea stall special snack. It is very easy to prepare at home. If you have rice flour at home try this..
For this, boil 3 cup of water in a pot, add salt and ghee into it, once it starts boiling, add rice flour, mix it with a spatula, and make a soft dough, keep this aside for cooling down the heat. Next take a mixie jar, add coconut, 3-4 shallots and cumin, crush it and add to rice dough, knead it again in countertop, add black cumin, knead it again, then roll it into medium thick layer, then take a round cap to cut it into round pathiri, then fry all well.
