An easy making egg curry nrecipe for breakfast..
heat oil in a pan, add 2 onions roughlu chopped, and 2 green chillies, ginger garlic, saute it for a minute, then add 1 tomato, mix all, add curry leaves and some cashews, combine all well, next add 1/2 cup of mint and 1/2 cup of coriander leaves, mix again, then turn off flame, once the heat gone, grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add 7 boiled eggs, add a pinch of chilly powder and turmeric, roast the egg well, then set aside. Add whole spices to the pan, after roasting it well, add 1 tsp coriander powder , 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 1/4 tsp of turmeric, mix all well, then add masala paste, add required water, then mix it, add salt, let it boil well, now add eggs, boil it again, then turn off flame.
