crush ivy gours in a mixie jar, then set aside. Crush garlic, cumin and chilly powder together. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard to pop, then add dry chilly, after sauting it, add crushed ivy gourd into it, saute it for 1-2 minutes, add salt, combine all well, next add onion, once it cooked enough add crushed garlic and cumin mix, mix until the raw smell gone, then turn off flame.
