Preparation
How to prepare
After grating the potatoes, put them in some water.
Chop onion, cabbage, coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chillies into small pieces. Then take a big bowl and put the remaining rice, chopped vegetables and masala powder in it. After squeezing the potato in the water, add it and mix well. • Then add sea flour as required and knead it to a looser consistency than chapati flour.
Rubbing oil in the palms of our hands, we take a small amount of the prepared dough, roll it into balls and fry them until they become crispy in the hot oil.
